The Fonicatec VoIP service is delivered by the same company that created the Foncordiax PBX, and is delivered via their own sophisticated billing platform. Accounts can be provided on a pre-pay basis, with customers able to top up online with minimal amounts, or can be billed monthly. Low level warnings, automated top ups and balance responses are some of the advanced features available.
Clients are provided with their own online portal from which you can manage all aspects of the account, including detailed reporting facilities.

Numbers
To compliment your Foncordiax PBX and Fonicatel VoIP account, Geographic and Non-Geographic Numbers can be provided from all over the world. Numbers can be routed directly to your PBX giving you instant control over the call. Different numbers can then be routed to different internal or external destinations.
